Redtronix is not the seller. We are not the service provider, the recruiter, or the astrologer. We are simply the platform that those parties use to reach you, and that distinction is what determines who carries responsibility for what in any transaction you make here.
By registering an account or transacting as a guest, you accept these terms. They cover every part of the platform: the e-commerce store, multi-vendor marketplace, services directory, job listings, motor listings, astrology consultations, bill payments, and the Redtronix mobile application.
Category-specific policies revolving around Refunds, Shipping, or Vendor Onboarding programs are established so that transactional conflicts are handled with caution and remain under strict vigilance.
1. Definitions
- Platform means the “redtronix.in”, the Redtronix mobile application, and any associated digital services.
- User means anyone accessing the Platform, whether registered or as a guest.
- Vendor covers sellers, service providers, recruiters, astrologers, motor dealers, and any other third party with a listing on the Platform.
- Transaction means any purchase, booking, consultation, job application, or payment processed through the Platform.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
Age restrictions mandate that users must be 18 or older, in accordance with government welfare rules, child labor laws, and related statutes. Minors may only use the platform under the proper vigilance of parents or legal guardians who accept these lawful terms, prioritize their well-being, and provide all necessary information for the account.
Registration requires accurate information. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, whether executed by you or someone you gave access to. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported to the “redtronix.in” immediately. You are highly advised to monitor your account actively and act according to the demands of the situation rather than just acting on instinct.
3. What Redtronix Does and Does Not Do
Redtronix provides the infrastructure for vendors and users to transact. We do not undertake any manufacturing, warehouse operations, or product shipping. We do not personally deliver services, conduct consultations, or fill job roles. That is strictly the vendor's work.
We thoroughly review vendor listings, specific descriptions, pricing trends, and availability in the local market. While the review process we undertake before going live is highly detailed, we cannot verify, optimize, or thoroughly check every single claim a vendor makes about a product. Disputes regarding what was promised versus what arrived must go through our Complaint Dealing Policy, not around it.
Statutory compliance, GST registration, professional licensing, and consumer protection obligations are the vendor's burden to maintain. We require proof as a condition of listing and will remove vendors who cannot provide it. However, we cannot act as a legal regulator for every category on the Platform.
4. User Conduct
Good-faith transacting is our baseline expectation. The following activities are strictly prohibited—with no exceptions and no context that changes the outcome:
Financial Misconduct
Utilizing stolen, cloned, or fraudulently obtained products or payment credentials.
- Filing chargebacks or refund claims for goods that were properly received and accepted.
- Using the Platform to move funds originating from unlawful sources.
- Running multiple accounts to exploit discounts, referral schemes, or cashback offers.
- Intentionally returning used or damaged goods under a false description of their condition.
Platform and System Integrity
Gaining unauthorized access to any part of our servers or another user's account.
- Uploading malware code, programs, or any other digital threats that disrupt operations.
- Using unauthorized bots, scrapers, or automated tools without written consent from Redtronix.
Listings and Content
Posting reviews or ratings that do not reflect a genuine transaction.
- Misrepresenting your identity, age, or professional credentials in any listing or application.
- Sharing pirated, copyrighted, or legally restricted material through any Platform feature.
- Creating new accounts after a prior suspension to circumvent enforcement.
Prohibited Goods and Behavior
Attempting to list, buy, or facilitate transactions involving weapons, narcotics, counterfeit goods, wildlife products, or suspicious items prohibited under Indian law.
- Misrepresenting your age to access age-restricted products, alcohol, tobacco, adult products, or regulated pharmaceuticals.
- Engaging in user, vendor, or browser-based abuse, threats, or harassing conduct directed at other users, vendors, support staff, or delivery personnel.
-These actions will immediately be judged as "accounts of violation" and will result in certain suspension without prior notice. Financial fraud and identity theft will be reported to the relevant authorities. Appeals can be sent to contactus@redtronix.in, but not all suspensions are reversible.
5. Vendor Obligations
Vendors carry obligations that registration alone does not satisfy. The following apply from the date a listing goes live:
Valid business registration, GST compliance, and any professional licenses required for your category must be maintained and made available for review upon request.
- List only what you are legally permitted to sell or provide. Listing a "restricted product" under any circumstances will result in fast, lawful removal of the item.
- Products must always match the stated pricing, availability, and product descriptions; any discrepancies are treated as a vendor violation.
- Post-sale responsibilities, warranties, statutory returns, and after-sales service sit entirely with the vendor. They do not transfer to Redtronix.
- Within the existing vendor agreement, bidding, cancellation, and refund timelines are mandatory, not advisory.
- For all vendors, "Customer disputes" must be handled utilizing our 4L customer dealing system at all times to ensure quick remedies.
-Vendors with repeated, intentionally unresolved, or failed compliance checks, or those with misrepresented listings, will be suspended, and lawful actions will be taken for the benefit of our customers. Serious or repeated breaches result in permanent removal. In cases involving consumer fraud, Redtronix will involve the necessary protection authorities and deal with the matter in strictly legal terms without delay, as we regard this as a top priority.
6. Payments
Redtronix is committed to never storing sensitive details—including card numbers, CVV codes, UPI IDs, or wallet credentials—within any actions processed under our payment module. Every payment process goes entirely through our trusted and highly acknowledged Third-Party Gateways, which are PCI-DSS certified and operate strictly under RBI guidelines for digital transactions.
Credit cards, debit cards, UPI, and net banking are universally accepted across the Platform. Cash on delivery (COD) is available through select vendors. Whether COD is offered and whether a surcharge applies is determined by the vendor and displayed at checkout before you confirm an order.
A platform fee or commission may apply to vendor transactions. This is disclosed in the Vendor Agreement and does not affect the final price the user sees at checkout.
Your OTP, UPI PIN, and payment credentials are yours to protect; Redtronix will never ask for them. Any unauthorized transaction resulting from a user sharing their credentials with a third party is not the liability of Redtronix.
7. Cancellations
Users: Any cancellation made within the 24 hours immediately preceding a scheduled delivery or service will not be eligible for a full refund where an advance payment was collected. Within 24 hours, no refunds are issued. Not showing up or failing to provide access for a booked service constitutes a "no-show," and the full service charge will apply.
Vendors: Vendors who are unable to honor a booking must provide notification at least 24 hours beforehand. Canceling without prior notice will result in rigorous penalties under "The Vendor Agreement." Two or more occurrences within a rolling 90-day period will trigger a massive account review, often resulting in imminent suspension.

8. Refunds
Full Refund: A full refund applies in only two situations: the vendor failed to deliver entirely, or the item that arrived does not match the listing in a material way (e.g., a different product, missing components, or a service that was not performed as described).
Partial Refund: Where only a portion of an order was undelivered or arrived damaged, a partial refund may be issued. These are assessed individually under the Refund Policy, and there is no fixed mathematical formula.
Non-Refundable Categories: The following items are non-refundable once delivered, regardless of the reason:
- Perishables, food, dairy, meat, seafood, flowers, and grocery consumables.
- Personal hygiene products: innerwear, swimwear, hosiery, razors, and sanitary items.
- Opened cosmetics, skincare, fragrances, and hair products.
- Baby food, formula, and hygiene consumables.
- Customized or made-to-order items, gift cards, vouchers, and digital products.
- Medicines and healthcare products, except where a legal right of return exists.
- Hazardous materials, batteries, and chemicals.
- Seasonal items, clearance stock, and products explicitly marked as ‘final sale’ at purchase.
-Please note that non-refundable items extend beyond this list. Therefore, if refundability is not explicitly mentioned in the item's description, you must clarify it through our customer care service before purchasing. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Disputes must be raised within 48 hours of delivery or service completion. 9. Intellectual Property
The Redtronix title, logo, interface design, original product photography, and written content on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Redtronix. They are protected under Indian intellectual property law.
Vendors retain ownership of their listing content but grant Redtronix a non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and distribute it on the Platform for the duration of their registration. That license terminates when the listing is removed or the vendor's registration is officially closed.
Using any Platform content for commercial purposes without written permission from Redtronix is a direct breach of these terms, and legal proceedings will apply.
10. Liability
Redtronix's liability in any dispute is strictly capped at the amount paid for the specific transaction in question. We are not liable for loss of income, data loss, missed opportunities, or downstream consequences of a transaction gone wrong.
We are not liable for a vendor's conduct, product quality, or service delivery. However, we operate a complaints process precisely because vendor failures do happen, and we act on them. A vendor with a documented pattern of failures will not be allowed to stay on the Platform.
11. Force Majeure
Redtronix is not liable for operational failures caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, government orders, infrastructure outages, pandemics, labor strikes, or acts of war. Our obligations are suspended for the duration of such events. We will communicate with users if a disruption materially affects an active transaction and will resume operations as soon as the situation permits.
12. Dispute Resolution
Always start with us. Most disputes are successfully resolved at the support stage. Write to contactus@redtronix.in or call +91-9831641507, and give us the opportunity to fix the issue before escalating it.
Where direct resolution fails to produce an outcome, the matter moves to mediation. Understanding that mediation can fail, remaining disputes will be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue for arbitration will be Kolkata, and the proceedings will be conducted in English for the clarity and benefit of all concerned parties.
These terms are exclusively governed by Indian law. The courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, hold exclusive jurisdiction over any legal matters that extend beyond arbitration.
13. Changes to These Terms
We revise these terms when our operations change or when mandated by law. The date at the top of the document reflects the last substantive revision. Minor wording corrections do not trigger a new notification. Significant changes that materially affect user rights will be communicated to registered users before taking effect.
Continued use of the Platform after a revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with a change, please close your account before the effective date.
14. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms without prior warning, especially where the breach involves fraud, identity theft, or conduct that endangers other users. Vendors found in serious breach may also be referred directly to consumer protection authorities.
Users wishing to terminate their accounts can submit a request through the “redtronix.in”. Data handling protocols following account termination are fully detailed in our Privacy Policy.
