The shipping process is carried out pan-India through courier partners we've verified over time. Check availability before placing an order because the coverage isn't consistent across all PINs and you can also write to us and we'll verify it for you. 

 

The delivery is highly dependent on what you are ordering. If it's a -

 

  1. Service: it will be delivered on the exact date, and the charges will be mentioned on the page. 
  2. Items/Products: it will be delivered according to the place. Charges will be mentioned as per the following instructions.

Delivery Timelines

Note*: Depending on your needs, the delivery time will change. In the event it's a product or item, it will be delivered within the anticipated time frame; if it's a service, it will be provided on the date you specify, subject to its availability. 

 

Orders for items or products are shipped out 24 to 48 hours after payment is confirmed. Once the package leaves us, you receive a tracking ID via email or SMS that you can track on our website.

Sundays and public holidays don't count as business days.

 

Express Shipping

On orders above ₹999, express shipping is available to select cities. The option appears at checkout if your PIN qualifies. Within 24 hours we process these — the moment it leaves our end, you get a dispatch message, and within 1–2 business days delivery wraps up.

 

Things You Should Know

Your address matters more than you'd think

The flat or house number, street, locality, city, state, and PIN are what we need. If the area is hard to navigate, a landmark helps. We can't guarantee delivery if something is wrong or missing, and with you sit re-attempt costs.

 

We try three times

Up to three delivery attempts are made by our courier partners. The parcel comes back to us after three. Re-shipping charges apply if it failed because you turned the package away or weren't reachable.

 

Damaged or opened packages

For anything that looks crushed or tampered with, don't sign. Immediately contact us and refuse it on the spot. The moment you start opening the package for fragile items, record an unboxing video — with that footage attached, breakage has to be reported within 24 hours, or we can't assess the claim otherwise.

 

Orders sometimes arrive in parts

Separately, items from different vendors may ship and on different days reach you. It's how multi-vendor dispatch works — that's not a delay.

 

When things go sideways

Past the window we quoted, weather, strikes, or situations nobody controls can push a delivery. When that happens, we'll text you.
