Privacy Policy

Redtronix Infra Pvt Ltd  · Updated on April, 2026

To satisfy a legal checkbox is why most privacy policies are written. For the people who actually use Redtronix—buyers, vendors, job seekers, service providers, astrologers, and anyone who has simply wondered what we track while browsing our motor listings—this one is written. The short answer is: what we need to run the platform is what we collect, as we do not sell it, and exactly what it is will be told to you.

Under the Information Technology Act, 2000, and its modernized or relevant versions of the same amendment, our organization acts. Therefore, going through this document will be worth your time if you crave knowledge over creating an account on the platform or understanding it.

redtronix.in”, the Redtronix mobile application, and every service category on the platform—including e-commerce, the multi-vendor marketplace, job listings, astrology consultations, the services directory, and motor listings—are covered by this policy. Communication through phone, email, and support chat is also covered.

1. What We Collect and Why

Different information is collected by different parts of the platform. What applies to each type of user is here:

  • Buy, Book, or Browse (The - B3)

When you share information during any sessions, the basic details stored by us are these: “Name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address, and payment details”. Data, notes, or documents that are not used or retained beyond the necessity of your service are carried by such a segment.

  • Vendor, Service Provider, Astrologer, or Recruiter

Only where it is applicable, the information stored and used is “Name, email, phone, business address, government-issued ID, GST registration”, professional qualifications for regulated service categories, and the details you submit for your listings, including ownership records and vehicle specifications for motor listings.

  • When Applying For a job

To see, back-check, and determine if it's correct to proceed or more evidence is needed (i.e., if an experienced member is applying and payment details are asked), based on available data only, recruiters store a few of these things: “Resume or CV, employment history, qualifications, and skills.”

  • For All Other Users

Payment logs, booking records, and transaction history for every activity on the platform. Technical data, IP address, browser type, device identifier, and user-generated content such as reviews, ratings, listing descriptions, and messages to sellers or support teams, we also collect.

2. How the Data Comes to Us

We receive information in four ways, and none of them should be a surprise:

  1. When you register, make a purchase, apply for a job, post a listing, or contact support, you directly give it to us.
  2. When you interact with the platform, we automatically collect it through cookies and similar technologies. In more detail, Section 7 covers this.
  3. During support interactions or service enquiries, it comes through communication details shared over email, phone, or chat.
  4. Social media platforms, third-party sources, and other Redtronix entities, but only after consent has been given by you for that data to be shared with us.

3. What We Do With It

To run the platform, we use personal data. A range of specific activities is covered by that:

  • End-to-end through the platform, pre-orders, bookings, job applications, and payments are processed.
  • Sellers are reached by buyers, recruiters are reached by applicants, service providers are reached by users, and astrologers are reached by consultation clients — that routing is handled by the platform.
  • Before their listing goes live, identity verification is gone through by every vendor and service provider. On this, there is no shortcut.
  • By your activity, what you see on the platform is shaped — product recommendations, job alerts, relevant services, and content that matches what you have actually looked at.
  • Automatically, transactional updates go out. By our team, support requests and disputes are handled.
  • We meet requirements where the law has them. Before reaching other users, abusive or fraudulent behaviour is flagged and actioned.

4. Who Else Sees Your Information

Personal data is not sold by us. In three situations we share it, and specific limits are set by all three:

  • To fulfil an order, booking, consultation, or job process, the user information needed is received by vendors, service providers, recruiters, and astrologers. Data unrelated to the transaction is not received by them.
  • Only to the data they need to perform their specific function do operational partners, logistics companies, payment gateways, hosting providers, and analytics platforms get access. By data processing agreements, they are bound.
  • When required by law, court order, or where necessary to protect the safety of users or the integrity of the platform, legal authorities.

5. Security

Encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and organisational safeguards are used by us, particularly for financial data, job records, and consultation information. They are in place; these are not aspirational measures.

Over the internet, no data transmission is entirely without risk; that said. Otherwise, we will not pretend. Contact us immediately at contactus@redtronix.in if you suspect a breach or notice suspicious activity on your account. Do not wait.

6. Your Data - Your Rights

Four practical rights are had by you here, and to justify yourself to us is not required when exercising any of them:

  • At any time, cookie and tracking consent can be withdrawn — through the site's cookie settings or directly through your browser.
  • Log in to your account at “redtronix.in” to update, correct, or remove your personal information, and if doing it yourself is not what you want, write to contactus@redtronix.in, and it will be handled by us.
  • An unsubscribe link is carried by every marketing email we send. One click is enough. Directly contact us if that does not work for any reason.
  • Come to us first if something has gone wrong with how your data has been handled. The relevant data protection authority is the appropriate next step if you are not satisfied with our response.

-By our team, requests sent to contactus@redtronix.in are handled by our team. Allow up to 10 business days if account deletion or a data export is involved in your request.

7. Cookies

Small files that help the site remember who you are and what you have done get stored on your device when Redtronix is visited by you. For the platform to function, some of these are necessary. Others are optional. The breakdown is here:

  • Essential: Login, cart, payments, and security checks all depend on these. We do not offer turning them off as an option — without them the platform stops working, so here, consent is not the right framework.
  • Performance: Anonymous data is collected by us: pages visited, time on site, and where things break. Tied to who you are is nothing in this category. What to fix is found out by us this way.
  • Functional: The trend system remembers all of your language settings, payment preference, and recently viewed items when any transactional systems on our website are used by you.
  • Targeting and Advertising: We track your browsing behaviour to serve relevant ads and perfectly matched products according to your taste, in order to give you the best output. Our website gives you direct control over everything. Therefore, if managing your cookie footprint on the settings panel is what you want.

To accept everything, reject everything, or set your own preferences, a notice lets you know when you first arrive. You can revisit it whenever you want — that choice is not permanent. One practical note: parts of the platform will break by switching off essential cookies. How the platform functions will not change at all by switching off advertising cookies.

Third-party cookies

Through our platform, cookies may also be placed on your device by payment partners, ad networks, and analytics services. Where operationally necessary, this is permitted by us. Governed by their own policies is what those providers do with the resulting data; it is not controlled by us, and in our Cookie Settings panel, the relevant third-party providers have been listed.

8. External Links

To third-party sites, job boards, automobile dealers, service directories, and partner platforms, our platform links. Not because their privacy practices are endorsed by us, but because they are useful, we link to these.

This policy does not apply once you leave the “redtronix.in”. Check their privacy terms before personal information is entered on any external site. Using a third-party site linked from ours is your decision.

9. When This Policy Changes

When our data practices change or when the law requires it, this policy is updated by us. A revised date and nothing else is provided by minor wording changes. Before the change takes effect, a direct notification will be sent to registered users if something that materially affects how your information is used is changed by us, for example, a new data-sharing arrangement.

In the Privacy Policy, the current version is always. The last substantive revision is reflected by the date at the top of this document.
