By using this website, creating an account, or using it as a guest user, all customers(Users) hereby irrevocably consent to comply with and be bound by the user agreement and terms and conditions of  https://redtronix.in/ . 1. Definitions used in this document:   

• User: Any individual or entity who uses the Platform to avail services.  

• Service Professional (Vendor): Independent professionals or businesses registered on our Platform to offer services.  

• Platform: Our website, mobile application, and any other digital services provided by Redtronix Infra Pvt Ltd.  

• Products/Services: Anything purchased through this platform. 

   

2. Scope of Services  

https://redtronix.in/ is a platform that facilitates users to discover, book, and order services from manufacturers, sellers, or vendors listed on this website. We do not directly provide services but only act as an intermediary between Users and Vendors. All transactions between Users and Vendors are solely their responsibility.  

Additionally, we are not responsible for Vendor compliance, licensing, or product defects. We are just the facilitating platforms. All warranties and guarantees fall under vendor obligations. Any claims or complaints related to defects, claims, or warranties must be raised with the respective vendor.     
 

3. User Obligations  

By using our platform, all users agree to   

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.  

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.  

• Not engage in any fraudulent activities or misuse of services.  

• Abide by all applicable laws and regulations.  

• User is responsible for any misuse of their account.

3.1. Prohibited Activities by Customers on E-Commerce Platforms

• Fraudulent Transactions: Using fake identities, stolen credit/debit cards, or false details to make purchases.
• Chargeback or Payment Fraud: Intentionally filing false chargeback/refund claims after receiving goods/services.
• Spreading Malware or Hacking Attempts: Using the platform to spread viruses, malware, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Misuse of Return/Refund Policy: Repeatedly ordering and returning used/damaged products with the intent to cheat.
• Resale of Products Without Authorization: Buying from platforms and reselling without proper license/permissions (esp. for restricted goods).
• Money Laundering / Suspicious Transactions: Using e-commerce accounts for illegal fund transfers or money laundering.
• Fake Reviews & Misrepresentation: Posting false reviews, ratings, or testimonials to mislead other consumers.
• Abusive or Illegal Use of Platform: Using accounts for harassment, threats, abusive messages, or obscene content.
• Buying Prohibited or Restricted Goods: Attempting to buy/sell banned products (weapons, drugs, counterfeit goods, wildlife items, pirated software, etc.).
• Multiple Accounts for Malicious Activity: Creating fake/multiple accounts to exploit discounts, referral bonuses, or cashback schemes.
• Identity Theft: Using stolen Aadhaar, PAN, mobile numbers, or banking details to create accounts or shop.
• Spamming or Phishing Attempts: Sending fake links, phishing emails, or trying to steal the credentials of other users through platform misuse.
• Illegal File/Data Sharing: Uploading or sharing pirated content, copyrighted material, or restricted data via the platform.
• Violation of Age-Restricted Purchases: Misrepresenting age to buy alcohol, tobacco, adult products, or other restricted items.

• Harassment of Delivery Personnel / Logistics Staff: Abusive behavior, threats, or assault against delivery partners.  

  Any user found engaging in the mentioned prohibited activities or any other unlawful activity, as defined by the laws and regulations of the Government of India, will have their account suspended and may also be subject to legal action.  
    

4. Vendor Obligations  

All vendors, sellers, etc. registered on this website must abide by these terms provided by Redtronix Infra Pvt Ltd  

• Maintain valid licenses and qualifications as required by law.  

• Deliver high-quality services as per industry standards.  

• Not misrepresent their expertise or experience.  

• Comply with our cancellation, refund, and dispute resolution policies.  

• Obligation to disclose pricing, GST, and correct product info.

• Take full responsibility for customer disputes (returns, warranties) 

  *Note: All vendors are solely responsible for product warranties, statutory compliance (GST, consumer protection laws), and post-sale service.     
   

5. Terms of Use  

The following are the terms and conditions every member of this website, vendor, and customer is bound to follow.   

• Acceptance of Terms: By accessing or using   https://redtronix.in/ , you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all the terms of use, our privacy policy, refund policy, shipping, etc., published on our website.   

• Eligibility: To create an account on our website, you must be at least 18 years of age or accessing the website under adult supervision.   

• User Account: You can create an account or use the website as a guest user to buy the listed products. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and its details, and all activities are done through the account.  

• Product Listings and Pricing: We can change or update product descriptions, prices, and availability, subject to change without prior notice. We make every effort to display accurate information, but do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any product listing.  

• Order Acceptance and Cancellation: Redtronix Infra Pvt Ltd reserves all rights to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our payment department.  

• Third-Party Sellers: Redtronix Infra Pvt Ltd is not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, or availability of the products offered by third-party sellers listed on our website. All grievances related to quality, safety, and legality are directed to the seller.   

• Use of the Website: By creating an account or using this website as a guest user, you agree not to misuse the website in any way, including but not limited to transmitting harmful software, engaging in fraudulent activities, or violating intellectual property rights.  

• Intellectual Property: All website content on https://redtronix.in/ , including logos, images, product descriptions, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Redtronix Infra Pvt Ltd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the government of India. Illegal activity or misuse can lead to legal proceedings.  

• Limitation of Liability: https://redtronix.in/ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of or inability to use our services.  

• Amendments: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.    

• Account Suspension/Termination: We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account found to be in violation of our Terms of Use, policies, or applicable laws of India. Misuse includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized resale of products, spamming, fraudulent transactions, use of automated bots, or any unlawful activities.

• Force Majeure: Redtronix Infra Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations arising out of or caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Such events may include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, lockouts, labor disputes, war, terrorism, government restrictions, power failures, or disruptions in communication systems. During such events, our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure event, and we shall make reasonable efforts to resume services as soon as practicable.  

• In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to the use of our platform or services, the following dispute resolution process shall apply:
  • Mediation: Parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith discussions and mediation.
  • Arbitration: If mediation fails, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration under the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English, and the venue shall be Kolkata, India.
  • Courts: Subject to the above, the courts located in Kolkata, India, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes, and Indian law shall apply.  
     

6. Booking & Payments  

Booking and payments from customers and any third-party seller hereby consent to these terms of use by using this website.   

• Users can buy any product through our platform by selecting a preferred Vendor.  

• Payments can be made through secure payment gateways through credit cards, debit cards, online wallets, or UPI, depending on the customer's choice.  

• Customers can choose COD, but it's eligible for an extra charge depending on the vendor's discretion and the total amount paid.  

• Redtronix Infra Pvt Ltd may or may not charge a platform fee or commission from the Vendor. It depends on the company's discretion.   

• Redtronix Infra Pvt Ltd does not store or retain any sensitive payment information, including but not limited to debit/credit card numbers, CVV codes, UPI IDs, or wallet credentials. All payment processing is handled by authorized, PCI-DSS certified payment gateways.
• All online transactions carried out through our platform are processed in strict compliance with globally recognized security frameworks, including the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS), and with applicable guidelines and circulars issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) governing UPI, digital wallets, and online payment systems.
• Users are advised to ensure the confidentiality of their payment credentials (e.g., OTP, PIN, UPI password). Redtronix Infra Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable for any unauthorized use of payment details caused by user negligence or third-party compromise.  
   

7. Cancellation Policy  

For Users:  

• Cancellation 24 hours before service time: Full refund (if prepaid).  

• Cancellation within 24 hours of service time: No refund.  

• No show or failure to provide access: No refund and full-service charges may apply.  

For Vendors:  

• Vendors must inform Users at least 24 hours in advance if they are unable to provide the booked service.  

• Failure to show up or cancel without notice may lead to penalties or removal from the Platform.

8. Refund Policy  

All cancellations are subject to a 100% refund in case:   

• The cancellation is due to the failure of the Vendor to provide the booked product or service.   

• If the service provided is not what was promised while ordering.   

• If cancellation is made by the User before the eligible refund window (as per the Cancellation Policy).  

• Partial refunds may be issued for goods and services where only a portion of the order is undelivered, damaged, or canceled, in accordance with our Refund Policy. 
   

Non-Refundable Cases:  

• If a service has already been availed of.  

• If a User is dissatisfied but does not provide valid reasons.  

• If cancellation is made beyond the eligible refund period.

• Perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, dairy, frozen food)
• Meat, seafood, and poultry
• Flowers and plants
• Groceries and daily consumables
• Medicines and healthcare products (except as per law)
• Personal hygiene products (toothbrushes, razors, sanitary products, etc.)
• Innerwear, lingerie, and undergarments
• Swimwear
• Socks and hosiery
• Cosmetics and beauty products (opened/used)
• Skincare and personal care products (opened/used)
• Fragrances and deodorants
• Hair products (brushes, combs, extensions, wigs)
• Baby food and baby formula
• Baby hygiene products (diapers, wipes, etc.)
• Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items
• Gift cards, vouchers, and coupons
• Digital products, downloadable software, and subscriptions
• Intimate items (adult products)
• Hazardous or flammable items (chemicals, batteries, etc.)
• Books, magazines, and newspapers (once delivered)
• Stationery items (opened/used)
• Food containers and bottles (if unsealed/used)
• Jewelry and precious metals (depending on seller policy)
• Health & fitness equipment (once assembled/used)
• Bedding, pillows, and mattresses (if unsealed/used)
• Pet food and pet care consumables
• Seasonal items (festive décor, Rakhi, Diwali lights, etc.)

• Clearance, final sale, or discounted items (marked “non-returnable”)

   

Refund Process (if applicable as per the Refund Policy)   

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.  

• Any disputes regarding refunds must be raised within 48 hours of service completion.

All the terms & conditions in this document are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes related to any of the above-mentioned policies are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and consumer courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
