- Sellers must provide valid business registration details (e.g., GSTIN).
3. User Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information during registration and transactions.
- Do not misuse the Platform (e.g., fraud, hacking, or posting illegal content).
- Sellers must ensure product descriptions are accurate and comply with applicable laws.
4. Platform Usage
- *Buyers*: Place orders, make payments, and communicate with sellers via the Platform.
- *Sellers*: List products, manage inventory, and fulfill orders in accordance with our policies.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
5. Transactions
- All commercial terms (price, shipping, etc.) are agreed upon between buyers and sellers.
- We act as a facilitator and are not a party to the transaction.
6. Intellectual Property
- Content on the Platform (logos, trademarks, etc.) is owned by us or our licensors. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
- Sellers must not list products infringing third-party intellectual property rights.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not liable for product quality, delivery delays, or disputes between buyers and sellers.
- Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law, with jurisdiction exclusively in Kolkata West Bengal, India.
